Job Duties
- complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise
- disassemble merchandise and clean equipment and work areas
- secure refrigerators with keys
- restock items
- turn off lights and lock doors
- complete daily cleaning checklist
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- inspect cleanliness and presentation of dishware, glassware, and silverware before use
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company assets
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist team in achieving common goals
- comply with quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds or equivalent without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- reach above head and below knees, including squatting, turning waist, dragging and bending
- navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs or service ramps
- greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally with others
- answer phone calls using proper etiquette
- perform other reasonable job-related tasks as requested by supervisors
