Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen or institutional food service
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • prepare and oversee the preparation of daily meals for students and staff
  • ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met
  • collaborate with the Food Service Director on menu and special events
  • supervise kitchen staff and student workers
  • manage inventory and rotation, and minimize waste
  • create a welcoming and respectful environment consistent with Christian hospitality
