The LifeCafe Staff role is a critical position responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing and serving food, shakes, espresso drinks, and beverages quickly and accurately. This role requires a high level of attentiveness, efficiency, and friendliness to meet the needs and expectations of Life Time members and guests. Attention to detail in food preparation according to established recipes and adherence to speed of service standards is essential to maintain the cafe’s quality and reputation. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the cafe is a key responsibility, ensuring that the environment remains safe, hygienic, and inviting for everyone.
As part of the LifeCafe team, staff members must exhibit excellent communication skills by responding to member inquiries and making knowledgeable suggestions regarding menu items and services. This blend of hospitality and operational skill makes this role dynamic and rewarding. The position also demands the physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions such as bending and lifting, reflecting the hands-on nature of cafe work. LifeCafe Staff must be certified in CPR/AED within the first 30 days of hire, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to safety and preparedness.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Job Duties
- Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
- Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
- Ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
- Executes espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner
