- Minimum 1 year experience with cashiering
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to work for long hours with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Prior experience in food service, cafe, concessions, or retail preferred
- Familiarity with Square POS system preferred
- Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain one preferred
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests
- Accurately ring up customer orders and handle card transactions
- Answer menu-related questions and assist customers as needed
- Maintain awareness of wait times and prioritize efficiency during peak hours
- Communicate any issues or potential concerns to the Event Manager
- Maintain a clean and organized cafe area throughout the shift
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Collaborate with teammates to uphold cafe standards and event operations
- Follow health, safety, and company policies at all times
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
