Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- possession of valid Food Handlers Card Permit
- ability to stand and walk frequently
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow health regulations and safety guidelines
- previous customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- customer service experience in food retail preferred but not required
- valid Food Handlers Card Permit
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- proficiency in cash handling
- adherence to health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner
- takes food orders and prepares food according to State Health Regulations and Requirements
- performs cash handling operations and ensures cash drawer balances at shift end
- cleans and maintains kitchen and dining areas for cleanliness
- handles customer complaints with integrity and refers dissatisfied customers appropriately
- maintains a professional appearance
