Job Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a barista with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred
strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and café operations
exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
availability to work early morning shifts plus weekends and holidays as needed
manual dexterity required
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
regular physical activity including walking standing sitting and lifting
this will be a permanent full time position

Job Duties

Oversee all aspects of daily café operations including opening and closing procedures food and beverage preparation and maintaining a clean welcoming environment
craft a range of high-quality specialty coffee drinks and light food offerings with consistency and efficiency
maintain accurate inventory levels place regular supply orders and ensure proper stock rotation and waste reduction
manage scheduling and daily coordination for yourself and one additional team member always ensuring coverage and high service standards
provide courteous professional service to all guests creating positive and efficient customer experience aligned with the hotel's brand
operate the point-of-sale system manage cash and credit transactions and complete end-of-day reconciliation
ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations maintaining sanitation standards and food handling procedures
communicate regularly with hotel leadership to ensure alignment with guest service expectations and operational goals
