Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Cash handling experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Compliance with dress code and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

Previous exposure to customer service is preferred
Applicants with prior cash-handling skills are favored
Experience as a barista is preferred but not essential
Basic mathematical competencies and counting proficiencies are essential
Proficiency in completing tasks independently with minimal guidance
Fluency in English reading communication and recipe comprehension is indispensable
Food Handling Certification must be obtained to comply with regulations
Adherence to dress standards is a must
Ability to perform physical demands including lifting bending pushing pulling and extended walking and standing
Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment as required

Job Duties

Efficiently handle payment processing using a register/POS system including cash and credit card transactions
Offer greetings and assistance to customers anticipating their requirements to guarantee a positive experience
Observe brand guidelines for the production and presentation of coffee tea and specialty beverages
Execute the cooking and serving of dishes as per establishment standards
Ensure cash drawer accuracy complete necessary paperwork for cashier duties and handle bank deposits securely
Abide by Aramark's standards and methods for processing cash
Establish and disassemble the coffee bar sections or establishment ensuring cleanliness and systematic organization
Keep the workspace tidy and hygienic by regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment
Ensure beverage coolers easily accessible products tableware and toppings are well-supplied
Comply with health and safety measures when preparing food and beverages to prevent contamination and promote cleanliness
Execute extra duties assigned by the management team
