Job Description
Responsible for overseeing team member performance and ensuring operational efficiency in a high-volume dining establishment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and budgetary guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume or fine dining settings
- previous experience in ordering and inventory control
- proficient computer skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent organization and communication skills
- comprehensive food knowledge including profit loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control, and sanitation
- hands-on experience in various kitchen production tasks such as butchering, baking, soups, stocks, sauces, roasting, sautéing, broiling, grilling, and cold food production
- flexible schedule availability
- strong leadership skills
