Job Description

Responsible for overseeing team member performance and ensuring operational efficiency in a high-volume dining establishment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and budgetary guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume or fine dining settings
  • previous experience in ordering and inventory control
  • proficient computer skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent organization and communication skills
  • comprehensive food knowledge including profit loss statements, cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control, and sanitation
  • hands-on experience in various kitchen production tasks such as butchering, baking, soups, stocks, sauces, roasting, sautéing, broiling, grilling, and cold food production
  • flexible schedule availability
  • strong leadership skills
