- Prior kitchen experience of 2-3 years

Job Duties
- Prepare food for all stations including specials and catering
- Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are consistently met
- Track cycle menus and temperature control logs
- Assist café management with food production and catering events
- Lead and supervise multiple service stations in the absence of the Chef
- Communicate professionally with cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate food ordering and inventory control
