Job Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in a kitchen environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable about preparation and production of entrees, soups and salads in banquets at high volume pace
- Ability to prepare quality food in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and handle several tasks at once
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to understand and follow a recipe
- Customer interaction skills
- Customer service experience
- Prior kitchen experience of 2-3 years
- Prior experience in banquet service is a plus
- Flexibility of working different stations
- Quick learning agility

Job Duties
- Prepare food for all stations including specials and other designated areas
- Maintain sanitation and food safety in designated food stations
- Track cycle menus and temperature control logs accurately
- Assist café management with food production and catering activities
- Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Chef ensuring smooth operations
- Control kitchen costs and maximize revenue by managing food ordering and inventory
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high food quality standards
