Job Requirements
- Able to work in the US

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a full-service restaurant
- Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive guest experience
- Strong team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve high performance
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-demand environments
- Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation preferred
- ServSafe or DOH Accreditation certification is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to engage with guests personally
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a smile and explain the Bluestone Lane dining experience
- Build strong personal connections with guests by learning names to encourage repeat business
- Guide guests on app usage and upsell rewards and loyalty programs
- Maintain a positive team environment working cohesively to deliver exceptional service
- Educate guests about menu items and uphold high standards of coffee and beverage quality
- Upsell food and beverages while servicing tables efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food orders
- Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance of café spaces and equipment
- Perform store opening and closing procedures and maintain grooming and uniform standards
