Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- professional appearance and attitude
- willingness to wear a uniform as required
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
- exceptional organizational and tracking skills
- intermediate computer skills utilizing programs and database system, including Microsoft Office, internet and e-mail system
- ability to interact and work positively and effectively with homeowners and staff at all levels
- ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department as well as with other departments
- ability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Preparing, serving food and alcohol beverages for residents and guests at the CantaMia Café
- cleaning and maintaining par levels on all usable products
- logging all necessary information related to daily operations
- other related duties as directed
