Job Requirements

- Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry a tray weighing up to 40 lbs through a crowded patio
- Exceptional grooming standards consistent with company guidelines
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to obtain a Riverside County food handler’s card
- Ability to obtain an ABC Responsible Beverage Service Certificate

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and respond to guest requests promptly
- Be knowledgeable about menu items to inform guests and make suggestions accordingly
- Take and process orders in Micros with detailed information and special preparations
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
- Pre-bus tables throughout each course to provide proper service requirements
- Maintain an organized work environment and overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Process payments accurately in micros and follow proper cash handling procedures
- Thank guests for dining with us and invite departing guests to return again
- Be willing to support fellow servers, runners, buses and hosts in a team environment
- Complete closing side work in preparation for the next business day
- Follow all Restaurant standards of service to achieve consistent customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe work area and ensure the safety of guests and associates
- Execute any tasks as requested by management
- Understand and adhere to the Ponte values and service standards
- Understand and adhere to environmental standards set by the winery
