Job Requirements
- prior food, beverage, cash handling and hospitality experience preferred
- innate desire to serve and ability to maintain service and departmental standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- learn table settings, service ware, and menu items
- proficient in English for menu comprehension, recording orders, and guest communication
- recall and promote menu items
- maintain professional demeanor and clean uniform
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests and explain specials and promotions
- record and input guest orders into the point of sale system
- retrieve, confirm, and deliver orders with condiments
- follow liquor regulations
- replenish beverages and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- collect payment, thank guests, and invite them to return
- complete side work and cleaning tasks including restocking and replenishing condiments
- maintain self-banking procedures
- perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
