Job Requirements

  • prior food, beverage, cash handling and hospitality experience preferred
  • innate desire to serve and ability to maintain service and departmental standards
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • learn table settings, service ware, and menu items
  • proficient in English for menu comprehension, recording orders, and guest communication
  • recall and promote menu items
  • maintain professional demeanor and clean uniform

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet guests and explain specials and promotions
  • record and input guest orders into the point of sale system
  • retrieve, confirm, and deliver orders with condiments
  • follow liquor regulations
  • replenish beverages and ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • collect payment, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • complete side work and cleaning tasks including restocking and replenishing condiments
  • maintain self-banking procedures
  • perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
