Job Duties
- Greet customers as they enter and exit the café
- create and serve food and beverage items
- promote daily specials and encourage upgrades to each order
- operate cash register and process payments through cash, credit card, or member account charges
- perform café opening and/or closing duties as required
- maintain a clean, safe work environment according to state and local food safety standards
- anticipate the needs of members and guests by being attentive, listening carefully, and providing exceptional customer service
- communicate timely and follow up as appropriate
- actively participate in events, programs, meetings, and training
- represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and response
- work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, days, and evenings
