Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality
- Willingness to undergo training in coffee preparation if needed
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of coffee and café operations preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide formal performance feedback
- Basic financial management understanding
Job Duties
- Model Caffe Luxxe values and set an example for excellent service
- Provide specific positive and constructive feedback to team members
- Work through others to foster team growth
- Remain composed in high-pressure situations
- Conduct formal annual team member reviews
- Manage profit and loss of the location
- Collaborate with General Manager to set and surpass sales targets
- Monitor business trends and adjust strategies
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Develop and manage organizational systems
- Oversee shop logistics and improve efficiency
- Manage inventory effectively to avoid stock-outs and overstocks
- Ensure regular equipment maintenance
