This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Genesis Health Clubs Cafe. The Cafe Manager will have a variety of responsibilities centered around managing staff, maintaining operations within budget, and improving the overall business development of the cafe. This includes hiring, recruiting, and training new employees to build a competent and motivated team. The role requires someone with strong leadership skills and experience in food service management to oversee scheduling and delegate tasks effectively. The Cafe Manager will be instrumental in planning, marketing, and executing special events and promotions designed to attract and retain customers while enhancing the café's brand presence.

- Operate within the budget and identify new ways to improve the development of the business
- hire, train and schedule all staff to enable them to carry out their own duties and responsibilities
