The Rock Cafe at Del Webb Rockin K, located in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Cafe Manager to join their thriving hospitality team. The Rock Cafe offers a unique opportunity for a driven individual to take on a leadership role within a new and exciting food service concept. In this role, you will oversee all facets of cafe operations, managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Responsibilities extend from recruitment and training, to inventory management and supplier relations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations. A strong background in bartending and food service is essential, as is proven leadership experience to inspire and guide both kitchen and service staff. Your role will also include financial oversight, such as controlling operating costs and managing profit and loss reports, ensuring the cafe meets its sales and profitability targets.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a full-service cafe or restaurant manager or equivalent role
- Proven experience managing both FOH and BOH operations
- Strong bartending knowledge and passion for craft beverages
- Certified Food Manager and Alcoholic Beverage Manager (required)
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Financial management experience including P&L oversight
- Skilled in inventory management and cost control
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work weekends as needed
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
