Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a café manager or coffee shop manager
  • Strong barista skills including espresso dialing and milk texturing
  • Experience managing inventory and ordering
  • Ability to analyze and work with P&Ls
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Creative approach to beverage menu development
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a café manager, coffee shop manager, or similar leadership role
  • Strong barista skills and coffee knowledge including dialing in espresso and milk texturing
  • Experience with inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Comfortable working with P&Ls and financial reporting
  • Natural leader who leads by example and builds strong teams
  • Creative mindset with interest in beverage development
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience

Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service
  • Work the floor regularly as a hands-on leader
  • Develop and roll out seasonal and signature beverage menus
  • Train, mentor, and manage baristas and café staff
  • Uphold high standards for coffee quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Monitor and control cost of goods, labor, and overall profitability
  • Analyze and manage P&Ls to drive smart business decisions
  • Foster a positive, team-first culture aligned with Bardea values
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health standards
