Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a café manager or coffee shop manager

Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service
- Work the floor regularly as a hands-on leader

- Train, mentor, and manage baristas and café staff

- Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Monitor and control cost of goods, labor, and overall profitability
