Urban Air Adventure Parks is the leading indoor adventure park operator, renowned for pioneering the adventure park concept and establishing itself as the global market leader in location-based entertainment. Based in Dallas, Urban Air is dedicated to creating extraordinary experiences where kids and families can enjoy innovative fun while striving to achieve new heights. The company’s mission centers around fostering an environment that encourages kids to aim higher and accomplish challenges they once thought impossible. This strong commitment to entertainment, safety, and guest satisfaction has made Urban Air a trusted and beloved brand throughout numerous communities where its parks are located.

Urban Air Port St. Lucie stands as a prime example of this dedication, offering a dynamic and safe environment where guests can explore a wide range of attractions, participate in immersive adventures, and create lasting memories. Operating as an equal opportunity employer, Urban Air Port St. Lucie is committed to diversity and inclusion while providing a workplace where teamwork and employee growth are highly valued. The park’s vibrant culture encourages innovation, fun, and a passion for delivering quality experiences.

The Café Lead role at Urban Air Port St. Lucie is a hands-on leadership position essential to the successful operation of the Urban Air Café. This role requires an individual who is both practical and team-oriented, as much of the work involves cooking, food preparation, and direct interaction with guests. The Café Lead is responsible for overseeing shift activities in the café, ensuring smooth execution of procedures, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and providing excellent customer service. The position demands a fast-paced work ethic combined with the ability to motivate, manage, and inspire the café team to deliver outstanding service.

As the primary figure during shifts, the Café Lead supports the execution of all Café processes, systems, and standards. They ensure accurate handling of inventory, proper storage and rotation of products to minimize waste, and efficient receipt of deliveries when the Café Manager is unavailable. Beyond operational responsibilities, the Café Lead plays a critical role in training team members on food preparation and front-of-house duties, setting rigorous standards for punctuality, attendance, and attitude, and modeling best practices in cleanliness and hygiene.

The Café Lead is expected to embody professionalism and a collaborative spirit that aligns with Urban Air’s vibrant culture—balancing hard work with an atmosphere of fun and motivation. With an emphasis on leadership and continuous improvement, this role involves handling guest concerns in the manager's absence, participating in staff meetings, and maintaining well-organized kitchen and storage areas to ensure seamless customer service.

Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment, and will be willing to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends. Physical stamina is necessary, as the position involves standing for long periods and moving within the facility, with the ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. The Café Lead position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a dynamic, industry-leading company that prioritizes both employee development and guest experience excellence.
