The role of a Café BOH/FOH Team Member at Urban Air Merrillville involves an energetic and fast-paced work setting within the Urban Air Café. This position requires team members to adeptly manage duties both in the kitchen (back of house) and in the service area (front of house), combining culinary skills with exceptional guest interaction. Key responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
