The Urban Air Grand Rapids location is currently inviting applications for the role of Café BOH/FOH Team Member. This position is integral to creating a positive guest experience at the Urban Air Café, where team members serve food and beverages with speed and exceptional service standards. Working both behind-the-scenes in the kitchen (BOH) and in the front-of-house (FOH) areas like the service counter, cash register, and dining spaces, this role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. The Café Team Member will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and managing guest interactions.
