Urban Air Odessa, part of this dynamic network of adventure parks, is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Café BOH/FOH Team Members to join their team. This position is integral to maintaining the vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere of the Urban Air Café, where guests can relax and recharge during their visit to the park. The role is a fast-paced blend of kitchen back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) responsibilities, including food preparation, cooking, serving, cash handling, and direct guest interaction. Candidates will need to deliver exceptional customer service with a sense of urgency, ensuring guests enjoy quality food and beverage offerings while feeling welcomed and valued.

The Café Team Member position requires team players who thrive in a lively environment and are capable of multitasking and managing time efficiently under pressure. Daily tasks involve everything from cooking and preparing menu items according to health and safety standards, stocking supplies, managing queues, upselling, and maintaining cleanliness of café and surrounding areas.
