Candidates will need to deliver exceptional customer service with a sense of urgency, ensuring guests enjoy quality food and beverage offerings while feeling welcomed and valued.

They seek individuals with friendly and engaging personalities who enjoy interacting with guests and are motivated by providing excellent service. The company prefers candidates with prior experience in the quick-service restaurant industry or similar roles and values basic math and food safety certifications like ServSafe. Working at Urban Air offers team members a chance to be part of an innovative company dedicated to creating positive, fun-filled experiences while fostering personal and professional growth.
