Urban Air Altamonte Springs, one of their premier locations, is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cafe BOH/FOH Team Members. This position is fundamental to the guest experience, as team members are responsible for efficiently serving food and beverages while maintaining exceptional standards of guest care and cleanliness. The role involves working in both the kitchen and service areas, handling food preparation, cooking, cashiering, and direct guest interaction. Candidates must display a sense of urgency and work fast without compromising service quality.

The Cafe BOH/FOH Team Member role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. These team members are expected to manage guest queues, upsell products to maximize revenue, and maintain a clean and organized café space. Responsibilities include measuring and assembling food ingredients, rotating stock, adhering to health and safety regulations, and supporting team efforts through participation in staff meetings and trainings.

This role demands a friendly and engaging personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Physical readiness is also required, as the job involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and operating in a noisy and dynamic environment.
