The Urban Air Café Team Member plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences specifically within the café area of the park. This position involves hands-on responsibilities that blend food preparation with direct customer service. Team Members are expected to efficiently serve guests by preparing and offering food and drink items that meet the highest quality standards. Working in both the kitchen and service area, the role demands multitasking capabilities including cashier duties, interacting warmly with guests, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will be fast-paced and able to work with a strong sense of urgency without compromising the quality of guest care. As a Café Team Member, you will be responsible for managing stock supplies, cooking and storing food properly, rotating inventory to ensure freshness, and upholding strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
