Job Requirements

Prior experience dealing with customers is preferred
Individuals with a background in cash management are preferred
Fundamental math knowledge and counting capabilities
Proficiency in completing tasks independently
English reading proficiency
Effective communication
Food Handling Certification required
Adherence to dress code
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be necessary

Job Qualifications

Barista background is preferred, yet not mandatory
Fundamental math knowledge and counting capabilities are requisite
Proficiency in completing tasks independently with minimal guidance
Essential skills include English reading proficiency, effective communication, and recipe compliance
It is imperative to secure the Food Handling Certification to meet the necessary standards
Adhering to the designated dress code is compulsory

Job Duties

Efficiently handle payment processing using a register/POS system, including cash and credit card transactions
Acknowledge and support customers, foreseeing their wants to ensure a favorable experience
Operate according to the brand's standards when producing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Fulfill the requirements of the establishment by preparing and presenting food items according to their standards
Organize and oversee the cash drawer's funds, complete the cashier slip, and manage deposit tasks
Uphold the cash handling policies and procedures specified by Aramark
Arrange and take down coffee bar, specific zones, or shop to uphold cleanliness and structured organization
