We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Cook (Cocinero) to join our dynamic team. This role directly supports the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Assistant Room Chef. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation and cooking tasks meet our rigorous standards. This includes performing a variety of cooking techniques such as frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, and other ingredients. The cook is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen area as well as keeping cold items stocked and ready for service.

The successful candidate must be attentive to detail and capable of maintaining the kitchen equipment in good working order. You will work closely with chefs to execute menu items as per established recipes and presentation standards. A strong commitment to sanitation, safety, and hygiene is essential in this position. The role demands someone who can work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

This position requires a minimum of one to two years of experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant setting. The ability to obtain all necessary work permits or cards is mandatory.
