Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer, retail, or financial services experience
  • At least 1 year of people management experience or 2 years retail bank experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work full-time in Los Angeles, CA

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of Caf Ambassadors to achieve high performance and professional growth
  • Maintain and enhance the Caf to create a welcoming environment for customers
  • Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to drive engagement
  • Facilitate exceptional customer experiences by providing support and guidance on Capital One products and digital tools
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage team performance against customer-focused goals and metrics
  • Organize and participate in community events to increase brand presence and customer interaction
