  • Proficient in cash procedures, register equipment and food preparation equipment

Job Duties

  • Assist with opening, closing, and daily operations of cafe locations
  • Ensure cafe locations are fully set up before opening, including stocking beverages, snacks, and brewing coffee
  • Set up and maintain coffee station during shifts
  • Process all cash handling procedures including register operation and cash deposits
  • Record and call customer orders accurately according to menu or special requests
  • Ensure food items leaving the kitchen meet quality and food safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front of house areas before, during, and after operating hours
  • Clean and maintain bussing station, trash, and recycling receptacles
  • Stock dishes, paper goods, beverages, and snacks using proper rotation methods
  • Inform management promptly of inventory needs
  • Complete all front of house cleaning and closing procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
  • Demonstrate focus on outstanding food and service to guests and staff
