- Experience in customer service within a restaurant or cafe environment
- Proficient in cash procedures, register equipment and food preparation equipment

Job Duties
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operations of cafe locations
- Ensure cafe locations are fully set up before opening, including stocking beverages, snacks, and brewing coffee
- Set up and maintain coffee station during shifts
- Process all cash handling procedures including register operation and cash deposits
- Record and call customer orders accurately according to menu or special requests
- Ensure food items leaving the kitchen meet quality and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front of house areas before, during, and after operating hours
- Clean and maintain bussing station, trash, and recycling receptacles
- Stock dishes, paper goods, beverages, and snacks using proper rotation methods
- Inform management promptly of inventory needs
- Complete all front of house cleaning and closing procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Demonstrate focus on outstanding food and service to guests and staff
