Cafe Bartender - GVR

This role demands a thorough understanding of drink recipes, ingredients, and presentation standards, as well as the ability to process transactions accurately using the company’s Point of Sale (P.O.S.) system. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an impeccably stocked bar, managing inventory levels effectively, and avoiding both product overages and shortages to ensure seamless service. Attention to detail, excellent cash handling skills, and adherence to all health and safety regulations are pivotal to this role. This position requires the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times. Obtaining necessary work permits and gaming registration is mandatory, reflecting our commitment to legal compliance and responsible service. Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, liqueurs, and after-dinner drinks is essential, as well as familiarity with bar tools, glassware, garnishments, and beverage dispensing systems such as soda, juice, and liquor guns. Moreover, the Bartender will actively contribute to the overall team effort by supporting beverage servers and collaborating with management to maintain high service standards.
