Cafe Barista - Urgently Hiring

7 Brew Coffee Millbrook in Millbrook, AL is hiring for a full-time or part-time Cafe Barista. As a Cafe Barista, you are responsible for crafting quality drinks and offering an exceptional customer experience to our guests. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. All Cafe Baristas will be trained on the bar to ensure drink-making skills are up to par with 7 Brew Coffee Millbrook's standards. Further responsibilities include greeting guests with a smile and a positive and kind attitude, providing knowledgeable customer service that educates guests about our menu, maintaining cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area, performing opening and closing duties as listed, performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, and assisting with storage, stocking, and maintenance of all products.
