Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math proficiency
- Food Handling Certification
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills in English
- Compliance with dress code and safety regulations
- Physical fitness for required tasks
- Ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE)
Job Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience recommended
- Experience in cash handling preferred
- Basic arithmetic and numerical skills
- Strong English reading and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Food Handling Certification required
- Ability to follow recipes and company standards
- Willingness to comply with dress code and safety regulations
- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing
Job Duties
- Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately using register/POS system
- Greet and assist clients, anticipating their needs for a positive experience
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following brand standards
- Follow food preparation and presentation guidelines to maintain quality
- Maintain cash register contents, record transactions, and perform deposits
- Adhere to cash handling protocols and Aramark policies
- Set up and clean coffee bar and work areas to ensure cleanliness
- Sanitize tools and surfaces regularly to uphold sanitary work environment
- Manage inventory of beverages, snacks, and serving tools
- Comply with food and drink preparation safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
