Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Food Handling Certification required
- Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to dress code
- Physical capability to perform job duties including lifting and bending
- Compliance with PPE usage when required
Job Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience recommended
- Experience handling cash preferred
- Basic arithmetic and numerical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English reading and communication
- Adherence to recipes and brand guidelines
- Food Handling Certification required
- Ability to comply with dress code
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
Job Duties
- Manage cash and credit card transactions by operating register and POS system accurately
- Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs for a positive experience
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Prepare and present food items following location guidelines
- Maintain cash register contents, record transactions, and perform deposit transactions
- Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
- Clean and maintain coffee bar, work areas, and shop to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Sanitize tools and surfaces regularly to uphold hygiene standards
- Manage inventory of drink chillers, snacks, serving tools, and flavor enhancers
- Follow food and drink preparation guidelines to ensure sanitation and safety
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
