Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic arithmetic and counting skills
- ability to operate register or POS system
- strong communication skills in English
- customer service experience preferred
- Food Handling Certification required
- ability to lift and stand for long periods
- compliance with dress code policies
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- prior customer service experience recommended
- preference for cash handling experience
- basic arithmetic and numerical counting skills
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- proficiency in English reading and communication
- adherence to recipes and preparation instructions
- valid Food Handling Certification
- willingness to comply with dress code
- physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
Job Duties
- manage cash and credit card transactions accurately using register or POS system
- greet and assist clients, anticipating their needs to facilitate positive experiences
- prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- prepare and present food items in accordance with location requirements
- maintain cash register contents, record transactions, and perform deposit operations
- abide by cash handling protocols and company policies
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of coffee bar, work areas, and shop
- disinfect and clean tools and surfaces regularly to ensure a sanitary environment
- manage inventory of drink chillers, snacks, serving tools, and flavor enhancers
- comply with food and drink preparation guidelines to uphold sanitation and safety standards
- perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
