The opportunity available is for a part-time early morning Barista position at one of Portland Coffee Roasters' cafes located in the Portland International Airport (PDX). This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about serving high-quality coffee and providing exceptional customer service to the diverse and fast-paced crowd of airport travelers and Port of Portland employees. It involves working three days a week from Friday to Sunday with starting shifts as early as 3 AM, 4 AM, or 5 AM, ensuring readiness to cater to early travelers with freshly prepared beverages.

The Barista position is more than just coffee preparation; it embodies the company's mission by delivering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and expert knowledge of Portland Coffee Roasters' unique coffee offerings. This role reports directly to the Cafe Manager and requires excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace that upholds the high standards of Portland Coffee Roasters.
