Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math proficiency
Effective communication skills in English
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Commitment to maintaining workplace cleanliness and sanitation standards
Possession of or ability to obtain Food Handling Certification
Ability to adhere to company dress code and safety policies
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work both independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Experience in customer service is beneficial
Previous exposure to cash handling is advantageous
Prior experience as a barista is preferred but not required
Basic math skills and ability to count accurately
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient English reading and communication skills
Ability to follow recipes accurately
Possession of Food Handling Certification or willingness to acquire it
Willingness to follow specified attire guidelines
Capability to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required

Job Duties

Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately using a register or POS system
Welcome and assist clients with a friendly attitude, anticipating their needs
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following brand guidelines
Prepare and serve food items in compliance with location standards
Maintain cash drawer and complete cashier documentation including bank deposits
Follow Aramark’s policies and procedures for cash handling
Set up and dismantle coffee bar, stations, or store while emphasizing cleanliness and order
Sanitize equipment regularly to ensure a clean and hygienic work area
Stock beverage coolers, snacks, service items, and condiments
Adhere to food and drink preparation guidelines to maintain safe consumption standards
Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by managers
