Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service beneficial

- Prior barista experience preferred but not compulsory
- Basic understanding of math concepts and ability to count accurately
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal intervention
- Proficient English reading and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately

- Adherence to specified attire guidelines
- Physical capability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Manage cash and credit card transactions by operating a register/POS system accurately
- Extend a friendly welcome and aid to clients, anticipating their needs
- Follow brand directives when preparing and delivering coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Comply with location standards in preparing and serving food items
- Maintain cash drawer, complete cashier documentation, and process bank deposits efficiently
- Set up and dismantle coffee bar and stations with cleanliness and orderly presentation
- Regularly sanitize equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic work area
