Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food service environments
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work full-time
- Strong communication skills
- Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to follow workplace safety regulations
- Compliance with uniform and dress code policies
- Physical ability to handle work demands including standing for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to PPE guidelines
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Experience with cash handling is advantageous
- Prior barista experience is preferred but not compulsory
- Basic understanding of math concepts and ability to count accurately
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision
- Proficient English reading and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Food Handling Certification as per standards
- Willingness to follow specified attire guidelines
- Physical capability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
Job Duties
- Manage cash and credit card transactions by operating a register/POS system accurately
- Extend a friendly welcome and aid to clients, predicting their needs to create satisfactory interactions
- Follow the brand's directives when preparing and delivering coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Comply with location standards in the preparation and serving of food items to customers
- Keep the cash drawer in order, complete necessary cashier documentation, and process bank deposits efficiently
- Respect and conform to Aramark's regulations and protocols for handling cash transactions
- Set up and dismantle coffee bar, stations, or store emphasizing cleanliness and orderly presentation
- Regularly sanitize equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic work area
- Supply beverage coolers, convenient snacks, service items, and condiment options
- Abide by all guidelines related to food and drink preparation to uphold sanitation practices and ensure safe consumption
- Undertake miscellaneous assignments as directed by managers
