Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Illinois Food Handler certification
- guest service and cash handling experience preferred
- ability to work effectively under pressure in a chaotic, fast-paced, fun environment
- guest focused, friendly, engaging and constantly learning
- hard-working, reliable and a great team player
- ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length
- must be able to communicate in and read and understand English
- ability to be mobile for extended periods of time

Job Duties
- Provide efficient, industry best hospitality at Point of Sales (POS) stations throughout lunch rush by greeting guests with a smile, offering menu knowledge as needed and quickly move guests through the line
- Quickly complete POS transactions by scanning and/or inputting items correctly, taking in cash and providing change or processing card transactions
- Responsible for cash drawer security, cash balance and adhering to all other aspects of cash handling policy
- Assist managers in developing a team of food safety champions through team collaboration to ensure all food safety/HACCP systems and standards are strictly adhered to and executed daily
- Stock supplies of paper goods, condiments, beverages, grocery and grab and go items
- Clean, organize and maintain all café stations and dining room
- Assist with light prep, packaging, delivery and assembly of catering orders
- Answer phone professionally and answer any questions/requests from customers
- Other duties as assigned
