Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Up to 12 months of related work experience
Ability to attend at least one Abundant church service per week
Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds
Ability to abide by the Abundant Lifestyle Agreement and the Abundant Culture Guide
Part-time availability on Sundays for 10-12 hours per week

Job Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Multi-tasking and time management abilities to meet deadlines while remaining flexible
Highly organized and skilled with social platforms and software
Love of working on a team and a desire to constantly learn

Job Duties

Greeting customers as they enter
Providing customers with drink options and answering their questions regarding ingredients
Taking orders while paying attention to details such as preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios
Prepare beverages following recipes
Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins
Comply with health and safety regulations
Help to train volunteers
