Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Capability to operate POS system
- Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical capability to lift and move items
- Strong communication skills in English
- Compliance with company dress code
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service is beneficial
- Previous cash handling experience is advantageous
- Barista experience preferred but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of math and accurate counting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English reading and communication
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Food Handling Certification as per standards
- Adherence to uniform and attire guidelines
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, and extended standing
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Job Duties
- Manage cash and credit card transactions using register/POS system accurately
- Extend friendly welcome and assist customers, anticipating their needs
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following brand guidelines
- Comply with standards for preparation and serving of food items
- Maintain cash drawer, complete cashier documentation, and process bank deposits
- Follow Aramark regulations for handling cash transactions
- Set up and dismantle coffee bar and stations ensuring cleanliness and orderliness
- Regularly sanitize equipment to maintain hygienic work area
- Stock beverage coolers, snacks, service items, and condiments
- Adhere to food and drink preparation guidelines to ensure safe consumption
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed by managers
