Job Requirements
- Standing for 100 percent of the shift
- Ability to work in a noisy environment with frequent interruptions
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds
- Frequent exposure to wheat flour dust and other grain dusts
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic math skills
- Valid food handler's card upon first work date
- Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
- At least one year experience in food service preferred
- Demonstrated professionalism and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Serve delicious food and drinks to customers
- Manage the sandwich bar during busy rushes
- Work efficiently and enthusiastically as part of the cafe team
- Frequently act as Person in Charge (PIC) during shifts
- Maintain food safety standards and hold a valid food handler's card
- Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and personality
- Flexibly work shifts including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
