Job Requirements
- At least 1 year supervisory and leadership experience in a production kitchen environment
- At least 3 years commercial kitchen experience
- Ability to work flexible full-time shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Reliable and positive attitude
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team setting
Job Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Provide leadership to the prepared foods team in the absence of the Assistant Deli Prepared Foods Manager BOH
- Assist with production, training, and packaging during store hours
- Ensure back of house staff prioritize work correctly to complete production lists
- Support a collaborative and positive team environment
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to operational challenges
