Cafe Attendants at Main Event will be responsible for greeting guests with warmth and enthusiasm, making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences, and accurately processing orders. They will prepare quick-service foods and beverages following established recipes and operational standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Attention to cleanliness and safety standards is crucial, as Cafe Attendants uphold sanitation regulations to safeguard both guests and team members. This role involves multitasking in a fast-paced setting, maintaining composure under pressure while delivering timely service.
The position is ideal for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service and interested in gaining valuable experience in the food and beverage industry. Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as the company provides training to develop necessary skills. Cafe Attendants will also have the chance to grow within the company, with opportunities such as becoming Certified Trainers and joining new center opening teams. - Welcome and greet all guests all while being an ambassador of fun
- recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
- preparing quick-service food and beverages according to recipes and standards
- delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating guest’s needs
- processing payment transactions and welcoming our guests back
- performing opening mid-day or closing duties
- upholding our cleanliness and safety standards
