Job Qualifications
- Attending high school, high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience with cash register operation helpful
- POS experience helpful
- barista experience helpful
- restaurant or sales experience helpful
- excellent customer service and people skills

Job Duties
- Greeting members in a timely and courteous manner
- take members order, fulfill, and ring transaction in a timely manner
- continuously keep an eye on the entire café
- maintaining a clean and orderly area
- perform unspecified work as assigned within the time available
- abide by all the guidelines in the Genesis employee handbook
- attend all staff meetings and required training sessions
- actively promote and sell food and beverages
- must be able to multitask throughout shift
- continuously check and replenish all supplies throughout entire shift
- report any inventory problems to immediate supervisor
- make sure to be in proper uniform and ready to work
- make sure to clock in and out at the beginning and end of each shift
