Job Duties
- operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- prepare and process service tags accurately
- handle paperwork and administrative tasks
- clean and maintain equipment such as coffee machines and food warmers
- follow food safety and handling procedures
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- conduct frequent lobby and lounge checks every 15-30 minutes to maintain cleanliness, organization, and product availability
- clean and organize floors, shelves, cafe tables, booths, counters, and guest waiting areas
- stock and merchandise products including snacks, beverages, and supplies
- monitor and replenish self-service beverage bars and high-traffic areas
- maintain organization of storage areas
- ensure product displays are fully stocked and properly faced
- provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
- assist customers with locating products and answering questions
- proactively monitor customer needs and address concerns during lobby inspections
- maintain a welcoming environment
- stand for extended periods
- lift and carry products up to 40 pounds
- perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
- work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
