Job Requirements
- High school education
- up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without accommodation
- medium work exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently
- ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to perform basic math operations using American units of money and measure
- adherence to Scheels dress and grooming standards
- strong customer service orientation including eye contact, smile, and genuine thank you
- ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- willingness to learn and adapt to change

Job Duties
- Prepare all fudge products and sell to customers
- perform all Ginna's restaurant functions including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, fudge, and other assigned duties
- follow all food safety guidelines by state and local ordinances
- ensure all products are received and stored according to standard operating guidelines
- assist in training new associates using kitchen tools, mentor checklists and standard operating guidelines
- ensure cash control and till management following Scheels cashier guidelines
- manage and support side work, daily and detail cleaning schedules, opening and closing procedures
- maintain working knowledge of Café recipes and prepared foods
- maintain an orderly and exceptionally clean appearance of personal workspace and surrounding areas
- be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere and treat others with respect and consideration
- perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with units of money and measurements
- read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- write routine reports and correspondence
- speak effectively before groups of customers and employees
- work assigned schedules including varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- prepare many different types of food, drinks, and ingredients
