Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months of relevant café or food service experience
- ability to work Monday through Friday with morning or evening shifts
- capacity to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- adherence to occupational health and safety procedures
- reliable and punctual
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Positive and professional attitude
- at least 6 months of experience in a café, deli, bartender, or barista role
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work part-time with specified schedule
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- understanding of food safety and health standards
- team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests as the first point of contact in the café
- take customer orders and communicate them to kitchen staff or fulfill orders
- prepare short-order items such as sandwiches, salads, and wraps complying with health standards
- serve food and beverages with excellent customer service skills
- clear tables and return dishes and cutlery to kitchen
- maintain neatness of snack displays, condiments, and eating utensils
- promote club services and respond to member inquiries with appropriate information
