Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Commitment to excellence in food quality and customer service

Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Prepare, assemble, and serve meals with precision, adhering to established recipes and portion standards
Ensure food presentation meets the quality and aesthetic standards of the establishment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas, including workstations, dining areas, and service equipment
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant kitchen environment
Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt service to guests, assisting with questions and special requests
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to support efficient, high-quality meal production and service
Assist with inventory management, restocking, and supply organization to ensure operational readiness
Uphold a positive and professional demeanor, contributing to a welcoming and team-oriented atmosphere
