Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Commitment to excellence in food quality, safety, and customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to service
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and reaching
- Standing for long periods
- Lifting and carrying heavy items up to 50 pounds
- Bending, reaching, and stooping frequently
- Ability to work in an indoor cafeteria setting or in a kitchen environment
- Repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Good vision and hearing
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently especially during busy service times

Job Duties
- Prepare, assemble, and serve meals with precision, adhering to established recipes and portion standards
- Ensure food presentation meets the quality and aesthetic standards of the establishment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas, including workstations, dining areas, and service equipment
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant kitchen environment
- Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt service to guests, assisting with questions and special requests
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to support efficient, high-quality meal production and service
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and supply organization to ensure operational readiness
- Uphold a positive and professional demeanor, contributing to a welcoming and team-oriented atmosphere
